8 wks left

We have 8 wks left until our little one joins our family!  My doctor said if I don't go into labor on my own he will induce me because he will be out of town the week after my due date.  So sometime in May we will know if we are having a boy or girl!!!

Baby Shower

My sister in laws Tracy and Becca and my mom threw me a baby shower.  It was so much fun and so thoughtful.  I was surprised when they asked me if they could throw one.  I was really surprised by how many people came too.  I grew up in a great area with some amazing people!
The cute invitation

I loved the theme "Ready to Pop" cuz I really do feel that way.  I'm so ready to be able to sleep on my back and to fit my clothes again.

I totally forgot to take pictures of the table so I quickly snapped a pic of all the stuff after it had been put on the counter.  We had some AMAZING tasting drink.  It had cucumbers and I couldn't stop drinking it.  There was different kinds of popcorn, tootsie pops, blow pops, gumballs, and jalapeno poppers (which were to die for!)

My cute diaper cake.  I was amazed how many diapers were involved in this cake.

There were binkies on the top, recieving blankets seperating the layers, and this cute elephant toy.
There was also a banner made with onsie's with the theme on it "Ready to Pop"  I LOVED the onsies.  They are so cute.

The loot. =)  We are very blessed by how many people came to the shower and also by how many gifts we recieved.  We got tons of blankets, bath tub, mobile, play yard, highchair, some clothes, diapers and wipes, and so much more.  Thank you to everyone who was able to come to our baby shower.

Grandmas 103 Bday!

This year my grandma turned 103!  Every year I am amazed that she is still around.  She looked pretty good but has obviously slowed down a little especially compaired to last year.  It was great to see our cousins, aunts, and uncles.  I will be sad when my grandma isn't around and we don't get together anymore.  I wish our little one was around so we could get a pic with grandma but hopefully she is still around in June.  I also wish Kyle had been in this photo too.

Baby Harding

We are getting so close to meeting our new little one.
This is me at 25 wks and on our way out to the concert of Due West.  The dogs wanted to be in the picture.

30 wks and counting!  It is getting so close!

We have had so many ultrasounds of our little one making sure everything is going well.  We have tried so hard to get a good pic of it's face and it has no desire to show its face to us.  It loves to have it's feet and arms up by its face.  Its really cute in the pictures but so frustrating to not get a good 3D pic.  Oh well we only have a few more weeks before we get to see our little one's face.

Due West Concert

My friend Melanie Little told me about the country band Due West and they were coming to our town at the beginning of this month.  We looked up some videos on YouTube and they were pretty good.  We went to the concert and they were really good.  I loved the stories they told and they interacted well with the crowd.  They had lots of good songs and I'm pretty sure these guys are gonna make it big.

Presidents Weekend at Dumont Sand Dunes 2013

We got to go to the sand dunes this year for Presidents day and it was such a beautiful weekend and a much needed vacation from work. It had been a year since we were there last.  We have been going to these dunes for 7 years now and every year the population of people gets smaller.  There were hardly any people this year.  The days were pretty warm and the nights were cold but overall it was still a nice vacation.  We met up with our friends from Vegas who go all the time and it was nice to see them and catch up on everything.  Kyle went on a bunch of rides and recorded them.  I also went on a ride with the group over to some smaller dunes.  It was nice to go on the ride but being pregnant didn't make it very fun.

Every Presidents day they hold races to see who has the best atv or jeep.  We usually go over and watch for awhile  It also gives the dogs a chance to go for a ride.
We also made it over to Comp hill to watch all the atv's show off.  As you can tell it is super dusty and I'm a baby when it comes to being cold.  It is a lot of fun tho to go and see all the decked out atv's, sand rails, and trucks out there.  It is crazy how much money some people have =)
Even though it was super dusty at times it sure made for some pretty sunsets.
We were sad to leave the nice weather and good friends but it was time to make the trip home.  On our way out of the park we saw a fox running along the road which we were just talking about how we had never seen any animals out there before.
A picture of the dogs as we were leaving the park.  Jaxsen loves going to the dunes because there are a ton of other dogs to play with.  He was pretty sad to leave.  Keeta though did not like being there cuz she doesn't like other dogs very much and we learned she does not like fires.  It is probably cuz she can't see very well and she doesn't know the people very well either.  Oh well she will have to get use to it since we like the sand dunes.  We can't wait till our next trip out there and next time we will have an addition to our family. =)

Baby Harding

I know it is about time I introduced our little one.  We are so excited to finally have a little one running around the house.  We have waited a very long time for this.  Baby Harding is expected to make it's debut on May 22 this year.  We are not going to find out the gender because I think it will be a neat and fun experience to wait.  Maybe on our next one we will find out the gender.
Our first picture of our little one.  We were so surprised to see it!  I had gone to the doctor and he said I was probably pregnant and I had to take acouple blood tests to prove I was pregnant.  So we didn't really believe we were until we saw our little one in its first ultrasound.
This is me at 10 weeks.  I get a lot of crap from people cuz I'm not really showing but I can tell it is there.  My pants just don't fit right anymore.

17 weeks along.  It sure is getting big!

Me at 20 weeks.

20 weeks

We had our 20 week ultrasound and tried really hard to get a good pic of our baby's face but it was too shy so we came back at 25 weeks and tried again.  Once again our baby was shy and would only give us a side profile.  Oh well our baby is healthy and very entertaining.  We have a video of it winking at us, smirking, and playing peek-a-boo.

Me at 25 weeks.  My belly is getting bigger and it seems like it grew over night.  It has been so much fun feeling the baby kick and Kyle finally got to feel it acouple weeks ago.  It sure loves to move around a lot.

Holidays

This year we spent Thanksgiving with Kyles family.  We went over on Thanksgiving day and had a great dinner at his moms house.  The food was super yummy.  Then a week later we got together with Kyles step siblings.  We had a great time.  It was really nice to see everyone and catch up.

For Christmas we went to my parents house.  It was SO COLD!!!  I had forgotten how cold it gets up there, but we still had a great time regardless.  We did miss my sister and her family being there.  On Sunday our family friends Melanie and Matt came to visit us from California and it was so good to see them.  We had a great time with them and was sad to see them go.

For Christmas Eve we had our awesome shrimp dinner.  It was so good I couldn't get enough!  Then the next morning we went over to my brother Jasons house and watched his kids open presents.  It was so fun to see them be surprised at what they got.  Cameron made me laugh cuz he got a coon hat and was terrified of it.  He didn't want anything to do with that.  Jason and Tracy cooked us breakfast which was very yummy.  Later that day Kyle and I headed for home and I was sad as always to leave my family.  I just don't see them enough.
For New Years we stayed home and had us another shrimp dinner and watched the ball drop.  We aren't very exciting during this holiday. =)
2012 had its up and downs but we are super excited for 2013 since our first child will be here in May. We can't wait!!!
